Bon jour friends! We're very grateful that so many of our friends and fans wish to share their love of macarons with others. Due to the high volume of orders, we are enforcing deadlines for orders again this year...

If you would like macarons shipped in time for Christmas, email us NO LATER THAN Midnight on December 15th.

If you would like macarons to pick up at Gustare Oils & Vinegars in Mashpee Commons, email us NO LATER THAN Midnight on Monday, December 19th.

We will do everything we can to get everyone the macarons they so want this Christmas.

Macaron Monday, November 28th

100% of Macaron Sales Placed on Monday, November 28th Will be Donated to Four Worthy Causes Bon jour Friends, Let's do some good together. If you place an order by email on Monday, November 28th (midnight to midnight), we are going to donate all of the money we make from your macaron order (which does not include shipping fees) to one of these four, worthy causes: Children's Cove, The Cape and Islands Child Advocacy Center Independence House, Cape Cod's leading resource for counseling and advocacy center to address and prevent domestic and sexual violence Covenant House, Helping Homeless Youth in the Boston Area Planned Parenthood, Greater Boston Area Health Center, Providing Women's Health Care without Discrimination If you desire, please specify the organization you would like your money to be donated to; otherwise we will split the donations evenly. Macarons are $2.50 each. Shipping fees vary from location to location, and from quantity to quantity based on actual shipping costs. You may order as many or as few macarons as you wish. It's cloudy and cool here on Cape Cod. Autumn is setting in, and we're breaking out all of our favorite comfort food recipes.

To add to the array of comforting macaron flavors, we're excite to announce that Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough is now officially on the list of flavors. It took quite a few tries to get the perfect tasting, gluten free filling, but we were determined, and viola!

Macaron Lady Training Video

On Sunday, May 1st, Lady-in-Training Mary and I joined to make Shirley Temple Macarons. Imagine Lemon Zest and Lime Zest shells sandwiched together by grenadine frosting. Sweet and delicious.

A fellow adoring fan of Parisian pastries at Shari's Berries reached out to Les Mesdames at the beginning of this year to share this most incredible and delightful info-graph. Julissa from Shari's Berries shares here, her love of macarons with the Macaron Ladies...

Macaron Ladies: When did you first try a Parisian Macaron? What did you think?

Julissa: I first tried a macaron about 8 years ago. A box was given to me as a gift and I became obsessed ever since. My initial reaction to them was that they were beautifully made colorful cookies, but didn't imagine that the taste could be just as pleasing. But it definitely was. I remember when the first Ladurée opened up in New York a couple of years after that, it was madness. I would visit the bakery at least once a week!

ML: Assuming you've had both, which do you prefer, macarons or macaroons?

J: It really depends on the mood. If I am reading a book or watching a movie, I could probably eat a whole batch of macaroons. With macarons, each flavor is so distinct that I prefer to enjoy only a couple at a time. 

ML: Do you bake? If so, what is your favorite item to create in the kitchen?

J: I do bake, but I'm pretty horrible at it. The only things I've really mastered are chocolate chip cookies and muffins, specifically pumpkin. Every time I try to get really creative with baking, it flops. So I just to stick to the basics and thankfully my co-workers haven't complained. Maybe I'll surprise them one day with something more adventurous.    

ML: Of all of the macaron flavors you've tried, what is your favorite?

J: My go-to is a pistachio macaron, with rose petal being a close second. Recently I tried a cookie dough macaron and I was pretty impressed.
