Les Mesdames would like to express our happiest and most grateful MERCI BEAUCOUP to all of our friends and fans who came out over the last weekend both in Chestnut Hill and Milton to purchase their holiday macarons. 

 

We sold out of every last macaron at all three days of markets and boutiques!  This has been such a great way for us to all get in the spirit of the holidays. 

 

We hope everyone who was lucky enough to catch us enjoys their macarons!

Holiday Market and Boutique Reminder

Our madame baker is busy busy busy getting ready for a three-day weekend full of specialty holiday markets. 

We will be offering FREE SAMPLES.  All purchases will be a la carte, so you will be able to chose which ever flavors you love most!  Flavors include Orange Chocolate, Candy Cane, Lemon Zest, Double Chocolate, Vanilla Bean, Vanilla Truffle, Pure Raspberry and Pistachio Hazelnut.  Yumm!!!

Preparing for December Holidays

Monday, December 2nd, is the last day we will be accepting Holiday Orders.

We are sure you've been bombarded with emails this week and will continue to be this big shopping weekend.  However, we thought it only fair to remind you that the clock is ticking on Macaron orders for upcoming holiday events.  We will not be able to guarantee any orders placed after midnight on December 2nd.

We would also like to remind you that we will be in two places next weekend sampling and selling macarons.  Get the details on those holiday markets and fairs here.

Order this year's Macaron Christmas Selection in three different quantities.

gift box of 2 selected macarons - $4.00
gift box of 6 selected macarons - $12.00
gift box of 12 selected macarons - $24.00

Your gift boxes will include a hand selected assortment of macaron flavors, including:

Orders must be placed no later than Monday, December 2nd.

Every order must be submitted via email to Mesdames.des.Macarons@gmail.com.

Every order will be confirmed within 48 hours via a paypal invoice.  Payments are accepted via paypal or by cash upon pick up.  No checks will be accepted this holiday season.

Macaron orders should be picked up on December 17th and 18th at Gustare Oils & Vinegars in Mashpee Commons.

Each Selection de Noel will include instructions for freezing macarons to preserve them for the holidays.

Labor Day Macarons

It's almost blueberry picking season here on Cape Cod, but we celebrate the delightful taste of blueberry all year long with out Blueberry Lemonade macaron, as photographed here by Ana-Maria Bell of New Bedford, MA

Memorial Day Artisan's Fair - Day 1

Thank you to all of our friends who came to visit us at the Coonamessett Farm today in the rain.  We will be back at the fair tomorrow (Sunday, May 26th) from 10am to 3pm to share samples of various macaron flavors as well as provide you with a selection of 11 different flavors. 

 

You can chose from pre-packaged goodie bags of three macarons, or customize your own flavor combinations in our unique (and recycled) gift boxes!

Memorial Day Farm Fair

Join us at The Coonamessett Farm this Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 3pm!

 

We'll be selling macarons at our usual table at the farm this Memorial Day weekend.  Meet the baker, ask questions, buy macarons and enjoy!

What are Macarons? Are they like macarOOns?

Macarons are a popular dessert pastry which resembles a brightly colored, mini hamburger.  The outer shells are almond and meringue base cookies.  After baking, these colorful shells are then filled with delicious preserves, chocolate ganache, frostings and caramels.  Macarons are most readily found in France and Italy where they originate, but can also be found in a growing number of other countries across Europe and beyond, including Japan and Australia and now North America. 

They are nothing like their chewy, coconut cousins.

Another Happy Valentine's Day!

Happy Valentine's to all of our friends, from Les Mesdames.

 

To celebrate, a limited supply of sweet treats are available for sale at Gustare Oils & Vinegars in Mashpee Commons.  Macarons are packaged in clear cellophane bags with red, pink and purple ribbons.  Each bag holds 3 macarons and costs $5.  This sale begins on Wednesday, February 13th after 11am.

 

This is a special, discounted price, only available while supplies last, and only available at Gustare Oils & Vinegars in Mashpee.  The lovely staff at Gustare will not hold macarons for you--they are doing Les Mesdames a favor by letting us sell macarons there, you must do them the favor of showing up in person (preferably with cash for payment) to get your last-minute Valentine's macarons.

 

Flavors include purple raspberry, red velvet, white chocolate rose, and double chocolate.
