The holiday season is upon us! Les Mesdames are preparing for our favorite event of the year, the annual Christmas Bazaar at Chestnut Hill's Church of the Redeemer.

Whether you've been naughty or nice this year, we want to help you make your holidays sweeter.

100% of Macaron Sales Placed on Monday, November 28th Will be Donated to Four Worthy Causes Bon jour Friends, Let's do some good together. If you place an order by email on Monday, November 28th (midnight to midnight), we are going to donate all of the money we make from your macaron order (which does not include shipping fees) to one of these four, worthy causes: Children's Cove, The Cape and Islands Child Advocacy Center Independence House, Cape Cod's leading resource for counseling and advocacy center to address and prevent domestic and sexual violence Covenant House, Helping Homeless Youth in the Boston Area Planned Parenthood, Greater Boston Area Health Center, Providing Women's Health Care without Discrimination If you desire, please specify the organization you would like your money to be donated to; otherwise we will split the donations evenly. It's cloudy and cool here on Cape Cod. Autumn is setting in, and we're breaking out all of our favorite comfort food recipes.

To add to the array of comforting macaron flavors, we're excite to announce that Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough is now officially on the list of flavors. It took quite a few tries to get the perfect tasting, gluten free filling, but we were determined, and viola!

All of our seasonal flavors are listed here (just click, and imagine the possibilities).

 

How to qualify for your free gift:
-You refer a friend and they place an order via email to Mesdames.des.Macarons@gmail.com with the email subject “macaron month” and copy you on the email! (Instructions/guidelines for placing an order can be found on our website.)

-Your friend must state that you referred them in their order and must copy you in the email to us.
-Orders must be place within the calendar month of March, 2016.

-This must be your friend’s first online order.

 

Terms and Conditions of this offer:

-*Limited to five free gifts per person (15 macarons total).
-All orders and gifts will be available for pick-up at Gustare Oils & Vinegars in Mashpee Commons.
-Standard shipping rates will apply. Shipping available to contiguous United States for additional fee depending on quantity of order, to be specified prior to order being completed.

What a wild summer! We hope everyone had as much fun in the sun as we did. Now it's time to get back in the kitchen and back to work preparing for birthday parties, weddings, farmers' markets, holiday boutiques and more. The next three months are going to be very exciting, and we already know there are going to be a lot of early morning baking sessions like the one I had on Sunday.
More updates and content will appear here, on our website, in the coming weeks. We'll have special order forms prepared for the holidays, along with a very special offer that we can't quite reveal yet.

FInd Our Macarons this 4th of July Weekend

Parisian Macarons are Taking Over Mashpee Commons Bon jour Friends! Les Mesdames are taking over Mashpee Commons one shop at a time.  We're still at Gustare Oils & Vinegars greeting guests and offering 3-packs of our Parisian Macarons.  We're also still able, thanks to the generosity and kindness of the owners and staff at Gustare, to arrange custom order pick ups. Today we're excited to announce that our macarons are in the pastry case at Farm House Table in Central Square (near Bobby Byrnes).  You can now visit Farm House Table for breakfast, lunch, or a snack and add one of our macarons to your selection of goodies. Or just stop in to pick out your favorite macaron flavors for a little gift box (we won't tell if the gift is for yourself!). Currently flavors at Farm House Table include Blueberry Lemonade, White Chocolate Rose, Pistachio Hazelnut, Lemon Zest, and Vanilla Bean.  Bon appetit! Mr & Mrs Macarons

The Macaron Ladies had the pleasure of creating a very special wedding centerpiece for our friends Josh and Jessica for their big day.  What we've dubbed the Mega Mac Cake was a huge (literally and figuratively) success!  The Mega Mac Cake is made of two GIANT macarons filled with vanilla bean custard, white chocolate rose ganache, black berries and raspberries, then decorated with fresh rose petals, candied rose petals, dry roasted pistachios, and some special wedding toppers.

We're so in love with the couple and with their cake!

Bakery Closed for Two Weeks

Our baker can't bake right now.  It's the end of summer and she has lots of visitors from abroad.  Les Mesdames will take orders, but will not be filling any until after Sunday, September 7th.  We are sorry if this disrupts any plans you may have had surrounding macarons!

So far this summer, Les Mesdames have been keeping quiet online.  We've barely posted to our facebook page, let alone update our website.

We've been very busy keeping up with the requests of our friends--no easy task when the humidity is over 80% every day.  I, Katy, the macaron baker, have been getting up before the sun to beat the heat.

We're excited that so many friends and friendly strangers have been able to enjoy our macarons this summer!  And, we're excited to let everyone know that we've made a few extra macarons!! 

You'll be able to find macarons in two locations in Mashpee this weekend.  Our dear friends at Gustare Oils & Vinegars in Mashpee Commons have macarons for sale in three-packs for $7.00 each.   There are also macarons available at Gaucho's Cuisine in South Cape Village now.  Tell Chef Ron that Katy sent you.  They have the same variety of three-packs for $7.00 each. 

We made extra, but supplies are limited, so get out there and get them while you can!

Memorial Day Macarons

Mesdames des Macarons have two Memorial Day Weekend venues, and two easy ways for YOU to support an incredible local charity, Heroes In Transition, Inc.

Our friends at the Cranberry Collective would like to share macarons with you again!  On Saturday, Sunday and Monday, May 24th through May 26th, when you visit Cranberry Collective in South Cape Village in Mashpee, you will be invited to a free macaron. 

If one isn't enough, you can purchase your favorite flavors of macarons at the Coonamessett Farm in Falmouth from 10am to 3pm on Saturday, May 24th and Sunday, May 25th.

Cranberry Collective are also giving a portion of their proceeds on Memorial Day weekend to local non-profit Heroes in Transition, Inc.
 

All May Macaron Purchases Support Heroes in Transition! We're feeling inspired by the generosity of our friends at Cranberry Collective  so Les Mesdames are also going to donate 20% of all May macaron sales to Heroes in Transition, Inc. including sales at Coonamessett Farm on Saturday, May 24th and Sunday, May 25th.For special orders, please email Messdames.des.Macarons@gmail.com Heroes in Transition are a Cape Cod charitable organization that assist veterans with home modifications for disabilities, transitional support group therapy, financial support for service families, and assistance dogs for veterans. Learning to Make Macarons

Les Mesdames recently invited two dear friends over to learn the art of Parisian Macarons.  In less than four hours, our baker Katy, showed Mell and Ellen (pictured below) how to make their own macarons.  Both bakers left with a box of Vanilla Truffle and Salted Chocolate Caramel macarons.  So Yummy!
